Delivery charge
Free shipping within the Lower 48 states. Delivery may not be possible in some remote areas.
Verify delivery
Please be sure to verify your information when confirming the order. Includeing name, delivery address (postal code, city, country), billing address, telephone number, etc.
If your information is wrong, it may influence your order delay . Any questions you can contact us in time.
Order processing and delivered in workdays (except holidays) We need 1-7 business days to process and send your order, and during peak order times we may need an additional 3 business days to process your order.
Due to the following reason make the order delay or unable to deliver, we will not be responsible for delayed delivery.
1. If your order product is out of stock, it may delay your order delivery.
2. The customer submit wrong information and missing address.
3. No one has signed for the delivery of the goods, resulting in repeated distribution.
4. Force majeure, such as: natural disasters, traffic martial law, sudden war, etc.
5. The delivery place is outside the delivery area.
6. If your order is out of stock, may temporarily cancel your order and the customer service staff will send you a reminder message.
7. If the package cannot be delivered due to the following circumstances, will refund the package directly (minus the $30 shipping fee).
(1)The address is incorrect (2) The delivery company cannot contact the consignee (3) The carrier refuses to collect the package.
