RETURN AND REFUN

  1. If the product cannot be used or seriously affects the function of the product due to damage and other quality problems, it shall be reported to the after-sales customer service during the after-sales period, and will be refunded after verification;
  2. If the product has defects, but does not affect the main function, feedback to after-sales customer service during the after-sales period, and negotiate the discount amount according to the situation after verification;
  3. If the goods are different from the logistics sheet due to distribution reasons or the actual quantity in the box, it will be fed back to the customer service during the after-sales period, provide corresponding evidence according to the requirements of the customer service, and refund the corresponding amount according to the number of missing pieces and less pieces after verification;
  4. If the order is not delivered for more than two months, you can contact after-sales customer service to cancel the order, and after-sales service must confirm whether the cancellation is successful within 7 days. If it is not confirmed within 7 days, refund will be processed first.
  5. Other rare cases such as goods are not on board, new products are returned, etc., according to the actual situation to negotiate to solve.
    Reminder: 1. The company shall truthfully report the actual problems, and shall not maliciously lie about the arrival of products and conceal the product problems. Once found, the company will take serious actions according to the circumstances, including but not limited to reporting the behavior to Amazon (which may shield the harvest address), and the customer will bear the adverse consequences arising therefrom; 2. Clearance products are at a loss. A small number of goods may be deformed and damaged in the packaging during transportation, and the integrity of the goods is not affected, in principle, should not be processed after sale, such as providing photos for negotiation if the damage is serious. 3. Pay attention to receive the information in time. 4. Please confirm the address and relevant product information before placing the order. Due to the real-time ordering system, the order cannot be cancelled unless special circumstances. If you need to cancel the order urgently, please contact customer service to try to cancel it, but there is no guarantee that the cancellation can be successful. 5. The same order may be delivered in multiple packages, please wait patiently.
  6. According to the above regulations, the after-sales treatment of returned products will be specified separately for the newly cleared goods. 1. Post-sale: After the order is shipped, the post-sale period will be 7 days from the time the platform sends logistics information, (or 7 days after the logistics signature) for electronic products, and 7 days from the logistics signature for truck distribution. 2. After-sales order validity: If the order is not delivered for more than two months, you can contact after-sales customer service to try to cancel the order, and after-sales service can inform you whether the cancellation is successful within 7 working days. No refund will be made if the cancellation is unsuccessful; If the order has not been delivered for more than three months, you can contact the after-sales service to apply for cancellation of the order, and the after-sales service must determine whether the cancellation is successful within 7 working days, and the refund process can not be confirmed within 7 working days.
