In Website Registration forms we may ask for First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Email Address, Merchandise Delivery Address, Phone Number, Language, State Tax Exemption ID, How you heard about us, Main type of business, if you already have an Account Manager with us, if you have previously worked with us, your website URL, years in business, if you have purchased customer returns before and what are you looking to purchase.

What applications we have for this data

For example, if we know a user is located in the state of New York, we may show him “related products” .This is because we think him, as other people in the same state, might be interested in the same products.

Only your account manager and Trading team manager can view this data, exclusively for operational and software improvement purposes.
